Support is here for OptiCloud customers and their teams, and for anyone considering OptiCloud. Whatever your question, start here.

A few details help us understand your question the first time:

• Your company name and, if you have one, the email address on your OptiCloud account.
• What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
• When it happened, with your time zone.
• Any error message, copied as text rather than a screenshot.

Please send one question per message, so nothing gets lost.

OptiCloud will never ask for your passwords or access keys. Never send passwords, access keys, tokens or other secrets by email or through the form. If you send one by mistake, change it with your provider straight away.

We aim to help as quickly as we can. Support comes with no guaranteed response time and no service level agreement.

• Billing questions: email support@opticloud.com.
• Cancelling: you can cancel a self-serve subscription at any time before it renews, from your account settings. It ends at the close of the current term.
• Order Form plans: your subscription renews and ends as your Order Form states.
• Leaving OptiCloud: when your subscription ends, we can make your data available for export. To have it deleted entirely, send a request to support@opticloud.com or through the form on this page.
• Cloud access: you can revoke OptiCloud's access to a cloud account at any time, through your cloud provider or by disconnecting the account in OptiCloud.

For privacy questions or to exercise your data rights, email privacy@opticloud.com. We verify each request and respond within the timeframes the law provides.

Our list of sub-processors is available on request. The Privacy Policy explains how OptiCloud collects, uses and protects personal data.

If you think you have found a security issue in OptiCloud, email security@opticloud.com with what you found and where. Please report it without testing or probing the service further.
